What is working out like a Torontonian you may be asking yourself? Well, that means working your ass off, giving your top performance, being a warrior who never quits, cus that is the Torontonian spirit, that is what defines us. Without any more preambles, here they are:

Your skin will glow

When you workout like a Torontonian, you sweat, and when you sweat, you detox from heavy metals, eliminate chemicals and get a bacterial cleansing. I used to go with my wife, every chance we had. We used to like working out until our outfits were soaked in sweat and we felt great, we felt more attractive and full of life. Right now, it’s been hard to find a new gym since we moved, but trust me when I tell you, we will get back to the gym and sweat like crazy to feel that smooth skin again.

Your belly will get flat

Of course, that will not just happen by going to the gym, you need to eat well, that doesn’t mean that you need to starve to death, quite the opposite, eat, eat almost anything you want but quit sweetened beverages, those are the worst, I bet if you workout correctly, you will see results, my advice? Do squats, there is no other thing you can do at a gym that is as complete as squats, your legs will get strong, your butt will get rounded and powerful, your core will get thinner and your balance will be out of this world. You don’t need a personal trainer, trust me, just watch a video on Youtube, learn the right way and be consistent.

Your energy level will increase

When you push your limits, you get tougher, you get stronger, you improve yourself. Have you ever felt like the day is just beginning and you are tired already? Well, That is because your body is used to being lazy. Do you want to grow old and be a decrepit person? No right! Well, hit the gym, it is ok if you do some cardio workout but to get the best results, focus on building muscle, when you are building muscle you are doing cardio, but well developed muscle is what will keep you strong throughout the years.

Your strength and endurance will amaze you

Boy, our body is spectacular, it is capable of incredible things, but you have to take it to the next level. As said above, focus on squats, they will turn you into a beast, from the core down, your muscles will get pumped up, and that will be the foundation for a dignified old age. You will get addicted once you start seeing results, even your posture will be positively affected, of course, you have to do it the right way. Fitness is challenging, but what is life without a good challenge? Push your limits, you will notice that with each passing day, you will be able to lift more, to resist more, to endure more. You will notice those sexy shapes your body is creating and you will want more.

Your physician will congratulate you

Maybe your doctor has told you: Hey Bud, if you keep those bad habits, you will have to start taking some pills for cholesterol and stuff. Well, now the doc will be telling you: Wow, your levels are perfect and you look fit. What’s your secret? Ha ha, can you picture that? Your doc asking you for advice. Go for it, your body will thank you, your future you will thank you, your partner will thank you, working out will even build your discipline, because trust me, sometimes you will feel like doing nothing, but deep down, you know you have to do it, because you have goals, and to achieve those goals, you have to be the best version of yourself.

Your confidence will boost

Of course all bodies are beautiful the way they are, but building muscle is a must, your body is your vehicle, you need it, and you will need it when you get older, you don’t want to be all shaky when you stand up from a chair right? Well that happens. I’ve seen old people having issues doing something as simple as standing up from a chair. And that happens because they never trained their lower body. All right, that is thinking about your future self, but thinking about your present self, it feels awesome when you attract glances, when you feel proud about your accomplishments, when you become inspiration for others and people ask you: How do you do it? And you will pass the torch to the next one, you will share this knowledge and help others become the best version of themselves.

In conclusion, stop procrastinating, stop being a lazy piece of meat, and go, do your research, find your motivation and build those muscles that will be your assets for a better future. I will also start looking for a gym near me, resume what used to be a key part of my life and aim for glory, aim for greatness and power.
