What is true happiness?
- You are your true happiness. It is the feeling that comes from within, from our intuition. - No external influence like money, fame, power can make individuals truly joyful. By finding strength within, a condition of being in which being alive is a thrill, we are able to endure any setback or struggle we face in life. Our life's purpose is to discover true happiness, to discover our true higher self which resides within us.
Nothing continues to be as it is. These are the natural laws.
- This suggests that if we become emotionally invested in a situation, we will eventually become unhappy.
- We feel unhappy when we only start focussing on the problem at hand and the loop of negative thoughts being. This is the law of attraction. However, if we shift our mindset in that moment, and think about something more relieving, our mind becomes more active and we get rid of the negative loop of thoughts. One positive thought is all you need to get in a better mindset.
- There is a desire for happiness and pursuit of happiness since the time when one is born. If we examine our activities, we will discover that they are all, in some manner, motivated by happiness. - People typically believe that switching employment will make them happier, going on vacation will cheer them up, or relocating to a different nation will make them content. They have the view that things are always better on the other side and wish for outside influences to improve their current situation.
- Appearances or pride have no bearing on happiness. It all comes down to how we feel internally, to have a sense of fulfilment. People who experience this feeling are happy.
